Monthly Archives: April 2012 Kate and Hardy are one of those couples that once you meet them you feel like you’ve known them forever. I met Kate when we were both working at Whole Foods and I instantly fell in love with her kindred spirit and her quiet intellect. One of my favorite memories was laying in lawn chairs…  My dear friend Shiloh got me in contact with the Crucible, an Industrial Arts Center in Oakland and I got to spend the day photographing their Spring Open House. Wow! This was the first time I had encountered the Crucible, and I was absolutely blown away by the art and talent that was shared there….  I’ve spent the last week on the road alone, and it’s made me realize what a true blessing having a travel buddy can be.
