“There is a pleasure in the pathless woods, There is a rapture on the lonely shore, There is society, where none intrudes, By the deep sea, and music in its roar: I love not man the less, but Nature more.” -Lord Byron
Kate and Hardy are one of those couples that once you meet them you feel like you’ve known them forever. I met Kate when we were both working at Whole Foods and I instantly fell in love with her kindred spirit and her quiet intellect. One of my favorite memories was laying in lawn chairs…
My dear friend Shiloh got me in contact with the Crucible, an Industrial Arts Center in Oakland and I got to spend the day photographing their Spring Open House. Wow! This was the first time I had encountered the Crucible, and I was absolutely blown away by the art and talent that was shared there….
I’ve spent the last week on the road alone, and it’s made me realize what a true blessing having a travel buddy can be. Don’t get me wrong, endless hours behind the wheel yields incredible self awareness and awakenings, but I think given the choice, I’d rather be riding shotgun than driving solo. “We are…

I prefer to see the world through rose colored glasses and to translate it through the lens of my camera.
I held my first pentax 35mm film camera when I was 14 and have been taking photos ever since. I have an extensive background in graphic design and fine art, and have a keen ability to take your visions and bring them to creative fruition. I shoot with digital, film and have started to experiment with historical development processes. I am passionate about my business and love to think outside of the box.
A few snippets about me: I am a lover of unpolished crystals, cowboy boots, watercolor paintings, lazy beach days and Polaroid film. I prefer my oysters raw, my water sparkling and my shoes flat. Based out of Sonoma, CA, you can find me tiptoeing through antique stores, grazing at organic farm stands, and peeking out from behind my camera everywhere I go. I believe home is more a feeling than a place and I looove to travel. Please contact me if you would like to book me for a destination shoot!
I'm so glad you're here. Won't you stay awhile? :)
